Directions for Use:

Remove the pad from its individual wrapper.

Peel off the paper backing to expose the adhesive.

Align the pad centrally in your underwear.

If the pad has wings, fold them around the sides of your underwear and press firmly to secure.

Change the pad regularly based on your flow (recommended every 4-8 hours during the day, but these are designed for overnight).
