Delivery Process

At Food Bazaar, we aim to ensure that your orders are delivered promptly and securely.

Our trusted delivery partners will deliver your order to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery.

If you provide delivery instructions, our carriers will do their best to follow them. However, Food Bazaar and our delivery partners cannot be held responsible for missing items after an order has been confirmed as successfully delivered.

In some circumstances, your order may be delivered in more than one parcel or instalment.

Delivery Timeframes

Our cut-off time for Next Working Day Delivery is 12:00 PM Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM will normally be processed on the following working day.

We aim to deliver qualifying orders on the next working day after dispatch. However, courier delays can occasionally add 1–2 additional working days.

If we are unable to deliver your goods within 14 days of your order date, we will contact you by email to arrange an alternative delivery date.

Delivery estimates may be affected by weekends, bank holidays, peak periods and circumstances outside our control.

Standard Delivery Charges

Orders up to 25kg

Spend £60 or more — FREE Delivery

Free standard delivery is available when:

• Your order value is £60 or more, and
• Your total order weight is 25kg or less

We aim to deliver on the next working day after dispatch.

Please note: Free delivery is limited to orders weighing up to 25kg. Orders weighing more than 25kg will incur the weight-based delivery charges shown below, even when the order value exceeds £50.

Orders under £60

For orders weighing up to 25kg and with an order value below £60:

• Under 2kg: £4.99
• 2kg–25kg: £6.99

We aim to deliver on the next working day after dispatch.

Order before 12:00 PM Monday–Friday for next working day delivery. External courier delays may occasionally add 1–2 working days.

Heavy Order Delivery Charges

For orders weighing more than 25kg, delivery is charged according to the total weight of the order.

The £60 free-delivery offer does not apply to orders over 25kg.

After the first 25kg, an additional £6.99 is charged for each additional 20kg weight band.

• £60 order weighing 20kg → FREE
• £100 order weighing 25kg → FREE
• £100 order weighing 30kg → £6.99
• £150 order weighing 45kg → £6.99
• £150 order weighing 50kg → £13.98
• £200 order weighing 70kg → £20.97

Very large orders may be split into multiple parcels.

Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day

£22.99 per 18kg

Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is charged at £22.99 for every 18kg of order weight.

• Up to 18kg — £22.99

• Over 18kg to 36kg — £45.98

• Over 36kg to 54kg — £68.97

• Over 54kg to 72kg — £91.96

Each additional 18kg is charged at a further £22.99.

Order Monday–Friday before 12 PM for guaranteed next-working-day delivery. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Northern Ireland Shipping

We deliver to Northern Ireland using our Standard Delivery service.

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Northern Ireland delivery is charged by weight:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Orders weighing more than 60kg may need to be split into multiple shipments or may require a custom delivery quote.

Local Same-Day Delivery

Food Bazaar offers Same-Day Delivery to customers within our designated local delivery area.

Eligible Postcodes

UB1–UB11

Order Cut-Off

Place your order before 2:00 PM Monday–Friday to qualify for same-day delivery.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will normally be delivered on the next available working day.

Delivery Time

Our local driver will normally deliver between:

4:00 PM and 9:00 PM

Same-day delivery currently operates Monday to Friday only.

Free Local Delivery

Orders of £50 or more qualify for free local delivery where the free-delivery option is available at checkout.

Same-day delivery is subject to availability and available delivery slots. We recommend placing your order as early as possible.

If your postcode is not listed above but you believe you are located close to our delivery area, please contact us on WhatsApp or call 07570 757099. We will do our best to accommodate your delivery where possible.

Important Delivery Information

• All delivery timeframes shown are estimates unless a guaranteed delivery service has specifically been selected.
• Orders placed after the stated cut-off times will normally be processed on the next working day.
• Delivery times may vary during weekends, bank holidays, Christmas, other peak periods or circumstances outside our control.
• Heavy or large orders may arrive in multiple parcels.
• Please ensure that your delivery address, postcode and contact information are correct before completing your order.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that our customer service team can assist you.
• Food Bazaar cannot guarantee standard next-working-day delivery where delays are caused by the courier or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
