How to use

Rub generously over lamb leg, shoulder, chops or cutlets before roasting or grilling. Add to lamb stews, curry mutton or curry goat, kebabs and minced lamb dishes. Works equally well on mutton, goat and roasted vegetables. For best results, season and marinate for at least an hour (or overnight) before cooking. As the blend contains salt, taste before adding extra.
